We are getting old! According to Census reports, by the year 2030, 20% of U.S. residents will be age 65 or older. Using an Age Simulation suit, a research group from Corgan (an international architecture and design firm), conducted a series of experiments to simulate what the older generation experiences while navigating Corgan-designed spaces.

This short documentary gives a glimpse into the limitations many older people experience. Architecture meets human interest during this compelling tale of a company’s quest to improve the quality of life for an entire generation, one thoughtful design at a time. Video produced by Corgan.
